Ceropegia woodii

String of Hearts, Sweetheart Vine...the plant that shows you love with heart-shaped leaves. Native to Africa, this succulent-like plant grows vines up to 12 feet long! Leaves are plump when well-watered and thin when thirsty. Mauve flowers are shaped like small lanterns.
