At Gro For It, your purchase satisfaction is our priority. We want you to happily, "Embrace a plant filled life!"

In the event your order arrives damaged, please take a picture of the damage/issue and email to letsgroforit@gmail.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the order. We'll review each situation and get back to you with the next steps.

Special Orders 

Special orders or order for items not currently in stock require a 50% deposit. In the event we are unable to fulfill your special order or obtain the out of stock item, the deposit will be fully refunded. 

Arrival times for special orders vary and cannot be guaranteed.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, debit cards and E-transfer (EMT)

*E-transfers should be sent to letsgroforit@gmail.com (please include a list of the items you are purchasing in the messaging section of EMT)

 

 

*Please note that your cuttings/ plant will be packaged with care and love. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the condition of the plant during transport as we do not have control of the package once it’s shipped.
**Plant orders will be shipped on Mondays (excluding holidays). This is to help avoid the potential damage to plants in case package is left in transport vehicle over the weekend. If you place a plant order after 12pm on Monday, the order will be mailed the following Monday.
***Xpresspost shipping is strongly recommended for live plants, especially with the current COVID-19 situation. We are not responsible for any delays or damages due to shipping.
