Oxalis triangularis
This cheerful plant brightens windowsills and coffee tables every season - along with their expressive leaves that behave like solar panels, they have tiny white, purple, or pink flowers. An interesting fact is their roots are a tuberous rhizome which looks very much like turmeric or ginger!
